Long-term addiction recovery requires an ongoing support network and treatment. SRC has created several different programs to help those striving to not only get sober but stay sober! SRC’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows for flexible support, so people can still work and live.
The IOP Program holds group treatment sessions 3-5 days per week. This type of consistency helps those continue on their road of recovery, despite the many challenges they may face. The Program includes a combination of the following services when clinically and medically indicated;
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Physical activity 3-4 times per week.
- Case Management Services
- External referrals for Primary Care Management
- Psychiatric Care
- Community Needs
- Discharge/Aftercare Planning
- Individual Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Family Workshop
The goal of the program is to ensure the client is safe, stable, and supported as the re-enter society. Addiction can often strip away basic building blocks in life, so it’s not only so it’s not only sobriety that can present a struggle but reintegration into daily life. New circles, new housing, and new employment are just a few of the items a client may be trying to juggle after detox. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctor support are integrated into Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to help the client through the challenges. Another important part of IOP is case management. While juggling reentry into the community among other things, case management supports clients with aftercare planning, specialty appointment referrals, insurance needs, recovery connections, and any other identified areas of support.
