Take your hands up against the wall and shift from a standing position to sitting back. Pull up to allow your legs to relax behind the wall. Enhance the legs to achieve full impact.

Spinal Twist

Just before the practice is over, conclude this pose with your back lying with your chest knees drawing together. Place your arms on your chest and palms up and move your feet to the right, keep on for five seconds, go back to the middle and go forward.

Corpse Pose

Finish every round of yoga and relax and enjoy your practice’s advantages. Just lie down with your feet and legs, close your eyes and relax softly.
