Housing Application Timeline
If you are justice involved, have an ADCRR number and are at risk of being homeless, we can help. Our HVP allows you access not only to housing, but to case management and peer support that will wrap you in supportive services. The HVP will support you in rebuilding your life, securing employment, and building meaningful relationships that promote personal growth, responsible decision making and healthy social connections. Your active engagement in this program will empower you to pursue meaningful goals and help you reclaim your place within society.
Step 1: Submit Your Resident Application For Housing Assistance

- If you are already working with someone at Scottsdale Recovery Center, please mention this on your application. This helps us prevent duplicate outreach.
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
- We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your next steps.
- If your need for housing is more than 90 days away, you will hear from us within 5 business days. We’ll collect more details and schedule a follow-up closer to your requested move-in date. This helps us plan for available bed space at one of our Qualified Housing Providers.
- If you have urgent needs, let us know, we can complete a screening sooner if necessary.
- While we can accept paper applications, it can delay the process and placement. You can return your completed paper application to [email protected]
- Make sure you are communicating with your COIII, Parole Officer, and/or Probation so they are aware of your plan and if requested you can provide a referral from them.
Step 3: Placement Decision
- After reviewing your application, we will identify the treatment and/or housing provider that suits your needs based on your information and tentative move-in date.
- You can expect placement details and contact information within 2 business days of submitting your application.

- You will receive an automated reply with links to both the Resident and Referral applications, but if you’ve already applied, you do not need to fill them out again.

Make a Referral
If you are a COIII (Correctional Officer III), Parole or Probation Officer, attorney, or any other authorized referring provider and you know someone who may benefit from our treatment, treatment with housing, or housing-only programs, we welcome your referral.
Apply for Housing
SRC in partnership with ADCRR (Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry), has launched a Housing Voucher Program (HVP) that provides safe, supportive housing to justice involved individuals. If you have an ADCRR number and are of risk of being homeless, we are here to help. Our HVP offers housing plus wrap around services to promote your physical and mental health, accountability, and community connections.
