Life Coaching examines what’s going on right now in the client’s relationships or profession, discovering what their obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make their life be what they want it to be.
Coaching, is a teaching, training or development process via in which an individual is supported while achieving a specific personal or professional result or goal. Occasionally, the term coaching may be applied to an informal relationship between two individuals where one has greater experience and expertise than the other; offering advice and guidance as the client goes through a learning process. This form of coaching is similar to mentoring. Life coaching draws upon a variety of tools and techniques from other disciplines such as sociology, psychology, positive adult development and career counseling, with an aim towards helping people identify and achieve personal goals. Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client, where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client.
Our coaches use a style in which they ask questions and offer opportunities that will challenge the client to find answers from within him/herself. This facilitates the learner to discover answers and new ways of being, based on their values, preferences and unique perspective.
