The Sweetwater Center – Housing
The Sweetwater Program is in process to become a certified sober living community with the Arizona Recovery Housing Association (AzRHA) and will be licensed with the Arizona Department of Health Services (AzDHS). This solution is offered to our clients who can receive outpatient services or SDoH resources at Scottsdale Recovery Center® and adds an additional layer of supportive measures for those in earlier recovery. This beautiful, 10 bed home is located near 56th street and Thunderbird just minutes away from our outpatient clinic. This solution offers housing with the support and comfort you need to continue a life free from addiction. Our sober living helps residents in recovery maintain an alcohol and drug free lifestyle by establishing an environment that supports and reinforces daily sober activities and promotes a life of recovery. While at Sweetwater, residents in recovery are surrounded by others who share a common experience and support one another in sobriety.
Our sober living amenities include upscale community living with a safe and secure neighborhood. The property boasts a beautiful pool with a barbeque, fireplace, smart TV’s with streaming capability and WiFi in each room. Daily living skills are learned and used each day with meal planning, environment cleanliness and adherence to daily schedules, recovery meetings and alumni induction as well as promoting a clean and sober community through verification of abstinence.
While a resident of our sober living solution, you will be required to have gainful employment and participate in continued recovery through our wraparound service offerings. Additional services can include mentorship, case management, medical and psychiatric appointments if needed and your family is always welcome to attend our Family Workshop at the outpatient clinic on Saturdays located at 8149 N 87th Place.
